officially launched GLOBAL COMPANY FAN CLUB PS in October 2011 to improve services to the international fans compared with those given above. Also was established because of the impassioned pleas of many international fans.
This service is offered to people living outside of Japan and was launched by the proposals and reasons:
1) To provide better service to the fans.
2) To assure the possibility of attending events in Japan.
3) To improve our customer service system with a correspondence information easier for the foreign fans.
4) While the foreign fans joined the existing FC, we found that we could not offer a complete service with the same membership fee.
We were concerned about the circumstances that forced the foreign fans to use courier companies with a much more expensive to join the FC and to get tickets for the concerts with unreasonable prices because they could easily buy them. Furthermore, the FC system could not provide enough existing mail or comprehensive assistance to people outside of Japan, and so we wanted to create an environment that addressed these needs.
why we decided to establish this new PS GLOBAL COMPANY FAN CLUB to solve these problems with a system that would satisfy everyone.
