On Wednesday October 29, 2008 and before starting your class Basic Course Workshop Astronomy which is held in the Museum of Contemporary Art of the UNL (Universidad Nacional del Litoral) Mr. Angel Meynet received by the Secretary of the LIADA Jorge Coghlan Honorary Mention of the LIADA, Liga Iberoamericana de Astronomía, resolved in the recent appointment of Assembly Members of the institution.

Meynet Angel deserves this distinction because they have spent over 50 years teaching and popularization of astronomy, with a record that exceeds the 2,500 lectures given on astronomy and space issues in all types of social areas and more beyond the borders of their city of Santa Fe



is a founding member of CODE, builder of telescopes and astro, witnessed the launch of Gemini VI and the Apollo XI in Cape Canaveral, starred in many radio and television programs talking about issues of space and in 1991 attended a congress of astronomy held in Grand Island Canary Islands where the large European telescopes. He also participated in Conventions LLADÓ the union, the first in La Plata in 1964 along with several of its founding members.

The Assembly of Members LIADA of September 27, 2008, in addition to Mr Angel Meynet, also were found LIADA Honorary Members Dr. Jorge Sahade, Founding Member of the LLADÓ in 1958, Dr. Luis A. Milone National Astronomical Observatory of Cordoba and Prof. Antonio Cornejo Municipal Planetarium "Galileo Galilei" in Buenos Aires, all professional astronomers have always interacted with non-professional astronomers throughout Latin America.

Today and before starting its kind in the Basic Training Workshop that teaches astronomy at the Museum of Contemporary Art of the UNL (Universidad Nacional del Litoral), Mr. Angel Meynet Jorge Coghlan received an Honorary Mention in the LIADA announced in the last Assembly of Members of the institution.

Angel has won this award for his prolific and tireless activity of 50 years dedicated to teaching and popularization of astronomy, with a record that exceeds the 2,500 given astronomy lectures at all levels of society.

A spectacular sky on the Farm "ranges"



7 and 8 October 2008, my astronomy teacher character , I was summoned by the Ministry of Education of the Province of Santa Fe Subproject under the "Nature, senses, looks and languages \u200b\u200bthat are "to participate in the Stay" ranges "where they held a meeting with physical education teachers throughout the province of Santa Fe
At night we made with all the concurrent observations of the sky absolutely transparent with two telescopes and binoculars, also made some pictures with fixed camera reproduced below.

He was the crescent, Venus, Jupiter, globular and open clusters and numerous landscapes of the Milky Way. also taught the major figures of the southern sky constellations and the names of the brightest stars.
On occasion we were accompanied by Prof. Dr. Hugo D. Navone Municipal Astronomical Observatory of Rosario, School of Sciences, Engineering and Surveying (UNR) and the Physics Institute of Rosario (CONICET-UNR), who also gave a talk on "Astrophysics in the area of \u200b\u200bteaching and learning Educational camp "
He was part of Arzadum Marcelo Ruiz, a member of CODE and these activities were sponsored by the Latin American Astronomical League (bundled).

The Ranges is an old residence of the Forest Victorian style, which is located at Kilometer 17, National Route No. 98, about 20kilómetros west of the city of Vera, surrounded by natural lakes yespecies native, which gives a framework of singular beauty and picturesque charm of individuals features that attract hikers and bird watchers.
